Key Responsibilities:
As a Scrum Master, you'll be at the forefront of facilitating and optimising our Agile development process. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the seamless implementation of Scrum practices, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment, and driving continuous improvement. If you're passionate about Agile methodologies, have a proven track record of leading successful Scrum teams, and thrive in environments that foster innovation and productivity, we want to hear from you!
Scrum Facilitation: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and scrum framework and guide the teas mine effective sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and team work, encouraging knowledge sharing and cross functional support whilst proactively identifying and eliminating obstacles hindering team productivity and cohesion.
Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement areas and drive changes collaboratively. Work collaboratively with team members to implement and iterate on changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Communication: Act as a liaison between developer teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity in communication and fostering and environment of open communication within the team.
Product Owner Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Owner to maintain a prioritised backlog aligned with product vision.
Metrics and Reporting: Track Agile metrics for team performance and progress and generate regular reports and insights from agile metrics to inform decision making and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Training and Coaching: Provide coaching on Agile principles and support team in adopting Agile practices, foster .
Key skills:
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects.
* Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
* Certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar is preferred.
* Experience with tools such as Azure is a plus.
* Continuous learner with a growth mindset.
